Trouble Free Computing Solutions engaged us to create a new brand for their company. The client's main concern was to have a logo and brand that was memorable, and different from the cookie-cutter style logo's of their competition.
After completing a workshop we were able to identify that their main point of difference was their excellent, friendly service. The company identified very closely with an everyday man archetype. This drastically altered the way we approached the re-brand. We now saw the need to focus on simplicity, ease and positivity rather than typical technology trends.
Trouble Free Computing Solutions "no fuss", and "just get the job done" attitude is highly important to them and vital to be included within the brand design. This combined with their connection to the everyday man archetype lead us to develop a brand that positioned them as the helpful, handyman of IT. A full brand style with specific language and emotive words was developed to position their brand correctly.
